This new module provides a single point of contact for all users to gain assistance in troubleshooting, ask questions about the program as well as to request program modifications/new features. All requests are managed through the use of Support Tickets system. This system allows us to track and sort user requests with the help of a unique number and can classify problems by user and program modules/categories. Users receive email notifications on the progress of their Support Tickets. Obviously users can also check a ticket’s progress manually via Support/Help Desk.

 

Note:Requests for program modifications and additions are also a part of the Help Desk system.

 

 

 

Users assign a Priority to their Support Tickets. Tickets are also grouped by request categories provided in the system. If necessary, users can also attach documents, such as screen prints etc., in support of their request.

 

 

When viewing/updating a Support Ticket users can see the ticket’s full history.
